Recipes for using Stay Fit Green Tea Powder in beverages.

Simplify by using the Green Tea Mixer.
Always start by adding one cap full of your favorite beverage into the mixer and then adding the Stay Fit Green Tea Powder.
Put the cap on and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Add more of the beverage to taste.
Some suggest for beverages.

Green Tea Lemonade
Use your own favorite lemonade, shake, pour over ice.
Refreshing,  Naturally Healthy!

Green Tea Smoothie
Use your favorite non-dairy milk, Tea Docent, loves it with oat milk. Add mashed banana. Serve in a stem glass with mint. Say ahhh and Enjoy!
